AIOL is LEŌLIA’s signature à la carte restaurant where sea-to-table gastronomy meets refined simplicity. Inspired by the movement of the wind and the maritime soul of Volos, AIŌL serves dishes that highlight the purity of local ingredients — fresh catch from the Pagasetic Gulf, foraged herbs, and honest produce from Pelion’s hills.
